To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由尖沙咀走到過去，好失望

我以前食開，真係好食，不過可能都係大半年前嘅事，最近一次去，舖面裝飾唔同左，亦都設定左要食套餐，其實冇問題，但係最大嘅問題，係食物品質唔同左(尤其是係嗰啲主角 : 燒味)，今日我又專程喺公司搭幾個站地鐵過去，再食一次，結果係更加清楚，真係差左，可能冇左以前啲話事人喺度監場，啲出品維持唔到以前水準，對唔起呢個老子號招牌，平均100蚊套餐，樣樣都好似執齊俾你地，但我去，心目中係食以前質素嘅燒肉飯，咁就覺得失望(义燒係更差)，職員方面都有禮貌招呼我，但係食飯都係以食物質素為主導嘅，呢餐我就覺得好失望，如果佢地真係新一代接手，如果真係想做呢門生意，就要放多啲心機，否則不如轉型做佢地自己鍾意做嘅生意啦。
