To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有大佬請我食飯🤩揀左呢間由日本人主理嘅居酒屋✨係金鐘太古廣場呢個地段同呢個價錢實在性價比太高啦！和牛薄燒定食☺️前菜有好新鮮嘅沙律、豆味好濃郁嘅麻醬豆腐😋飲晒成碗都唔覺得好喊嘅足料麵豉湯！至於主角和牛薄燒真係超好食🤤生熟程度啱啱好，仲好粉嫩架！脂肪比例都好好，唔會過分肥膩！肉質好腍，牛味都好濃❣️下面嘅洋蔥帶點焦香而且好甜🫶配個碗日本米好食到想食多一碗呀😚最後食埋個嚿煙煙韌韌嘅麻糬做甜品😜正！魚治 (太古廣場) (金鐘)金鐘金鐘道88號太古廣場LG1層001號舖

脂肪比例都好好，唔會過分肥膩！
肉質好腍，牛味都好濃❣️
