今日係中國人最重視嘅冬至 😇正所謂冬大過年,所以我哋早幾個星期已經預訂咗 ▶️▶️樂天皇朝 吃冬至飯 🧧菜式主打粵滬菜,梗有一款啱口味😋利舞臺分店,地方夠寬敞而且大部份都係系大卡位,就算四個人坐都唔會覺得逼夾。造冬就一定要食豪啲 😇🥢特色皇朝小籠包八款小竉包肉餡內用上不同調味,各有特色,個人最喜歡分別是黑松露、蟹粉和原味小竉包,而每個小竉包也能展現出湯汁豐滿的特點。🥢芝麻醬油麥菜將油麥菜捲得十分功整,加上濃郁芝麻醬,味道仍然清新,口感爽脆,無唸過油麥菜當沙律菜食都唔錯。🥢蘿蔔絲酥餅拎上手仲keep 住微暖,外面酥脆,內餡蘿蔔絲滿滿,咸中帶甜的味道多好。🥢竹炭流沙包只須輕輕一按,奶皇餡爆曬出嚟,夠曬澴稠,奶皇甜而不膩。天氣冷就想食啲有熱湯落肚🥢皇朝魚湯酸菜魚先喝口酸酸辣辣的湯,同時帶點麻辣感,喝到胃也暖和起來;薄切桂花魚又滑又嫩,配料有豆腐乾和寬冬粉,份量足,十分飽肚。 少有的甜品🥢宮廷驢打滾糯米糕內加入紅豆沙,入口軟靭有致,完美復活了慈禧太后喜歡的甜點。祝各位冬至快樂
