To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間小食店我由細食到大，細個食過佢嘅碗仔翅覺得好難忘，大個咗再食番，碗仔翅味道依然不變，仲係好傳統，主要係有肉絲、蛋花、冬菇同粉絲，而佢唔會好似街邊小食店咁有木耳絲我揀咗兩溝加埋魚肉，魚肉彈牙得黎仲食到鯪魚味，所以唔係只靠生粉令佢彈牙佢啲辣菜脯先係重點，落一粒已經超級辣，放兩三粒入碗翅度已經可以好過癮，足以令你流鼻水今次仲叫咗碗豆腐花，食到幾香嘅豆味，都算幾滑，而且幾大碗見佢宜家仲有賣巴斯克芝士蛋糕呢啲新野，下次有機會再試

我揀咗兩溝加埋魚肉，魚肉彈牙得黎仲食到鯪魚味，所以唔係只靠生粉令佢彈牙

佢啲辣菜脯先係重點，落一粒已經超級辣，放兩三粒入碗翅度已經可以好過癮，足以令你流鼻水

今次仲叫咗碗豆腐花，食到幾香嘅豆味，都算幾滑，而且幾大碗

見佢宜家仲有賣巴斯克芝士蛋糕呢啲新野，下次有機會再試
