近年喺鰂魚涌開咗一系列主題餐廳,以The Sixteenth 為名,其中一間係日式contemporary fusion 為主的Honjokko🇯🇵上個weekend 去開太古坊嘅On The List,咁就要試吓Honjokko 的brunch 啦🍴

餐廳裝修好華麗,帶點現代日式感覺 🪭🏮氣氛一流,當日有唔少couple 約會或閨蜜傾偈打卡👫 服務質素一如以往,專業且好客,manager 好好咁同我哋介紹餐廳嘅背景概念同埋menu👍🏻

前菜方面,有六款sharing plates,有鹽烤支豆(Edamame)、油甘魚(Hamachi)、芝麻菠菜(Spinach)、生和牛片(Wagyu tataki )、炸豆腐(Agedashi)、餃子(Gyoza)👄👄

小食樣樣都很美味,特別推介油甘魚刺身,口感柔軟細滑刺身,油香一流,配以柚子豉油及醃製梅子,鮮甜完美融合。生和牛片口感鮮味,表面輕輕sear過,完美發揮和牛的獨有香味🥩

食完前菜,就到我哋最期待嘅無限量壽司刺身壽司有卷物(maki) 同手握壽司(nigri)🍣 配搭的醬汁每款都好特別好match。刺身好肥美同新鮮,有三款選擇,包括三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚。估唔到嘅係另有生蠔供應,經理向我哋介紹係Irish Rock 🦪 生蠔肉質鮮嫩,充滿鹹香滋味,入口即化,有一種絲滑而奢華的感覺 🌊

主菜我哋點咗lamb chop 同 tenderloin 。羊架配以煙燻茄子同大麥miso🍆結合了豐富味道口感,經過精心烹煮,烤焗至金黃酥脆,doneness係完美嘅medium 🐑 牛柳揀咗medium rare ,煮得恰到好處,嫩滑多汁,保持原汁原味,配上韭菜根泥同烤蘑菇,充滿獨特風味 🈴

最後甜品送上每人一客水果同芝麻燉蛋(black sesame creme brulee)。經理同我哋介紹芝麻燉蛋係餐廳招牌菜,吃落果然非同凡響👍🏻cream brulee 綿密細滑,芝麻味道很突出,配上焦糖雪糕🍨口感體驗十分豐富💕💕
