Pirate Group 餐廳通常食物質素都唔錯,適逢屋企人生日,咁岩星期日又有6 歲樓下既小朋友可以享用免費兒童餐,又有遊戲玩,扭波波,手繪,就一早上官網訂左位,仲揀選左係慶祝生日。見到餐廳本身有甜品,又一早問左係米慶祝,以為餐廳會有生日牌或者特別既greetings, 點知到走個陣都係冇既。12 點就去到,室內位置唔算大,但户外都有唔少座位,全場都見到好多既小朋友,都欣賞當中有一兩枱兩個人撐枱腳既朋友會星期日揀呢間餐廳。小朋友餐($168)中間有d 沙律醬既蟹柳,夾住少少牛油果。好彩叫左汁另上,因為佢個照燒汁都幾重味。小朋友飲品都係包,可以揀蘋果汁或者橙汁。 本身二揀一雪糕或者生果,唔知點解最後兩樣都有。大人先係前菜有5款(share),熱食的話都食得出係新鮮即做。等+食呢5碟食小食都過左一個鐘。見到廚房只係keep 住出前菜同小朋友既壽司卷,完全係做唔切既感覺,最後要催下職員麻煩上壽司同生蠔,因為之後都仲有main course。職員都有道歉又真係好快出到呢個壽司船出黎。以下成條船既野食都係unlimited 無限咁叫!食材係新鮮,刺身都鮮甜。都有即刻encore 左一次。因為任食關係,所以前菜同主食份量少都唔怕,一定夠飽。到主食main course、又要過左45分鐘...豬腩一串有三舊,好淋,入口即溶,都肥膩,所以配返佢個白蘿蔔都夾得幾好,但略嫌佢個大阪燒醬汁味道有啲濃。Tempura 有魚(2件),蝦,菇,矮瓜,西蘭花苗各一。粉漿好薄,好食。過左半個鐘左右,2點3,可以食甜品了!每人一份雪糕+生果。芝麻脆片好食,但本身個雪糕係海鹽焦糖,鹹鹹地再配埋雪糕底下嘅紅豆粒,都幾特別。等主菜個陣有去過kids area, 地方唔大,有3 架冇電既電動車係條只係企到兩個人咁闊既路俾小朋友玩,有個鋪左地墊俾小朋友玩積木同坐既sofa 區,仲有一個又係兩個人咁闊既位置一邊排手繪,繪面,一邊就扭波波。 個陣見人太多都冇等,只係玩下車。但當食完野先去2點4 左右就已經cut queue 了,(餐廳午餐時段到3點3),好彩做到"最後一個"。前面見到有大約5個人等,但原來又會有d 小朋友會zip 出黎,一個人又會想扭唔只一個波。 最後都等左超過半個鐘,等等下又會人其他人想排隊,職員成功勸退咗兩位小朋友,但係之後又再黎多兩個外國人又成功俾佢地排隊架喎。整體黎講唔趕時間的話,呢間餐廳都值得一試,食物好食,服務唔差,只係出餐時間控制比較差,因為人太多安排少少混亂,職員都做到頭都暈,最尾埋單俾錯左張單,又唔記得還返張信用卡俾我。可能係我小朋友仲細,食到太晏撞左本身午睡時間,又唔會俾小朋友自己一個去kids area,先覺得個食飯體驗咁漫長。雖然未必會再去,但都推介俾有小朋友既家庭去,特別係6歲以下!成人brunch set ($498+10%). continue reading

位於太古坊這一間日本菜環境清幽, 服務員態度殷勤有禮, 食物質素很高, 我巳是第二次來食, 設有室外座位可以享受陽光之餘又可以享受美食, 我最喜歡室內有一個小型兒童Kids area, 大人可以在外面享受美食, 小朋友可以 有個小小嘅空間玩耍, 很少餐廳會咁細心喎! 如果想週末一家大細 享受美食,我十分推介這一間日本fusion菜餐廳!! continue reading

呢間意日fusion餐廳,我又再一次回訪啦😄 因為其集團慶祝十週年而推出夏日套餐優惠,另外朋友曾經話想食,但佢上次唔記得咗,所以今次又約過佢啦~去到餐廳門口,職員話餐廳要直入行到尾,然後係尾尾被另一個職員彈出來,好有驚喜。佢仲問我影得佢怎樣 (圖10),哈哈,你哋覺得呢?😂餐廳主食區嘅裝修勁靚,是佈置滿日式雨傘和櫻花🌸,一邊是梳化和圓枱,一邊是吧枱,仲有戶外區,天氣涼啲坐出面應該幾正。夏日優惠午餐是 HK$198/人,有4道菜,大部分食物可以開心分享㗎~˚✧₊⁎ Starter ⁎⁺˳✧༚ 🐟 Hamachi 油甘魚 (+HK$48). 油甘魚刺身醃製於梅子柚子醬𥚃,令口感肥美的油甘魚更美味,鮮甜帶少少梅子酸,好醒胃!🥟 Gyoza 煎餃子. 煎得香脆可口,一咬就係口內爆出肉汁. 餡料有豬肉和雞肉. 點蒜茸辣椒醬油,味道很好🫛 Edamame 枝豆. 簡單蒸熟加上海鹽和香茜,簡單又好味😋˚✧₊⁎ Maki ⁎⁺˳✧༚ 🍣 Spicy Tuna Maki 辣吞拿魚卷壽司. 厚厚一層的吞拿魚混合埋紫蘇葉飛魚籽,食落口感特別滿足,味道好好,雖然有啲微辣. 入面包住炸天婦羅脆粒粒和韭菜碎之外,個壽司飯口感是特別煙韌,正👍🏼˚✧₊⁎ Main ⁎⁺˳✧༚ Chilean Sea Bass 智利海鱸魚 (+HK$138). 鱸魚煮得軟嫩,口感滑一滑. 用味噌醃過,令鱸魚嘅鮮甜味道更出色🍤 Assorted Tempura 什錦天婦羅. 炸得薄脆,鎖住時令蔬菜的原汁原味😋. 當日有椰菜、冬菇、矮瓜、南瓜和番薯˚✧₊⁎ Dessert ⁎⁺˳✧༚ 🍨🍮 Black Sesame Creme Brulee 黑芝麻焦糖布丁. 4個層次,4個不同口感和味道. 頂層係黑白芝麻薄餅,薄片,非常脆口. 第二層係一球海鹽焦糖雪糕,鹹鹹甜甜的. 雪糕下面有甜甜的紅豆. 終於食到底層,就係黑芝麻焦糖布丁,有我喜歡敲打的薄脆焦糖片,奶滑的布丁有香濃的黑芝麻味道. 原本呢個甜品要每個+HK$38,但睇返張單又沒有這個項目喎,可能餐廳請客呢。多謝晒呀🙏🏼📌提提你:此店有收10%服務費㗎。 continue reading
