除了肉及內臟,還點選了一些蔬菜類,除了減低油膩感外,還能平衡一下每天攝取量,年紀大了,一天膽固醇不能太過量!
蔬菜推薦大啡菇、粟米等,味道較清淡而口感也更水潤豐富。

整體來說,店內把整隻豬分成細小部位,再按照獨特手法燒製,搭配更合適,味道更佳,加杯梅酒或燒酌簡直是一流!
