To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日男朋友生日，我提早左一個星期訂咗午市放題，因為呢度有海膽嘅主題，我男朋友有最鍾意食海膽，所以我選擇左呢度呢度嘅放題好方便用手機Scan QR code就可以落餐，唔使喺度填一張張紙，環保又方便海膽手卷係出去自己拎即叫即做，好新鮮而且唔會有腥味另外知左佢嘅飲品種類都好多，有我最鍾意嘅韓國系列嘅飲品，蕃石榴汁、提子汁，仲有好適合食完一大堆野之後飲嘅解茶燒帆立貝都好值得一試，粒凡立貝放題來講都唔算細粒，而且加埋一啲沙律醬好惹味啲東風螺都好好食，因為佢係用洒煮，所以會有好濃郁嘅酒味同埋好適合做前菜好開胃甜品亦都係我嘅至愛，全部都細細件可以試到唔同嘅種類，芝士蛋糕同埋木糠布甸都係我嘅至愛
