時值平日的下午時段,幾個用餐區域座無虛席,可見很受附近上班族歡迎。甫一坐下,侍應端上一杯歡迎飲品,清新怡人的蘋果冰茶,在用餐前奉上感覺十分貼心。這時侍應遞來午餐餐牌並作簡單介紹。以Tapas為原素的「Surf-n-Turf Express Lunch」約有數款主菜選擇,價格由$118-$138不等。想豪氣一點的可選$338的「Royal Surf-n-Turf Express Lunch」,除了和牛龍蝦作主菜外,假日惠顧加$50還包含香檳一杯。

難得在上班日的時段忙裏偷閒,自是豪氣地選擇了包含龍蝦和牛尊貴海陸午餐(Royal Surf-n-Turf Express Lunch)。餐前小食是青瓜片配上水牛芝士、果仁和藜麥,天然的配搭,感覺健康清新

隨後在沙律與餐湯任選其一,我的選擇是Confit duck & Apple Salad,對於喜歡沙律的我,這道沙律已帶來相當驚喜。以新鮮沙律菜配以橄欖油,青蘋果絲帶來清酸的開胃感,鴨肉又為沙律帶來油潤與肉香廚師特意加進了蜜脆合桃和青蘋果脆片,為沙律帶來多重的食感

主菜確是一如所料,是做出讓人滿意的水準來。龍蝦配和牛是最熱門的主菜配搭,不外是用質素、味道分高下,Supergiant的廚師卻是用「貼心」的方式呈現,讓客人在有限的用餐時間,享受這道食用耗時的主菜。主菜包含波士頓龍蝦半隻,配上烤澳洲穀飼和牛。澳洲和牛的質素令人滿意,切開烤至五成熟度,火喉準繩而無滲出血水,以牛香取勝,肉質亦相當軟嫩,可見質素甚佳。

相比和牛,更出色的是波士頓龍蝦。廚師原來早已把蝦身的龍蝦肉取出,而龍蝦鉗上的蝦殼早已剝離,龍蝦殼也就成了美觀的盛器,配上亮綠的蔬菜,讓客人可方便而優雅地享用龍蝦,此舉對女性客人來說尤為貼心。新鮮的龍蝦自是鮮甜爽彈,從燙熱的溫度估量不是預先製作的。龍蝦肉之下是煙靱的薯仔粉,令龍蝦汁的精華不會白白浪費。伴碟配菜以芋頭蓉取代了薯蓉,細滑的芋蓉帶黏黏的質感,雖然不是人人喜歡的口感,個人卻很欣賞這創新的配搭

是日甜點是綠茶巧克力布朗尼,美形賣相已令人暗暗加分。巧克力布朗尼質感實在,巧克力濃膩得化不開,而綠茶忌廉茶香幽幽的,甜度略高,不是不好,但可以更好。

在結帳之際,一位年輕的廚師步出,輕輕向侍應一問,原來這位男廚正是餐廳的主廚。匆匆一瞥不知長相如何,感覺卻是年輕而活力的。相信每道菜式的貼心安排,都是來自廚師的巧思吧!這位年輕男廚的才藝與温柔,這頓是切切實實的感受到了。

午餐以一杯Cappuccino作結,只想說真是讓人驚喜的一頓。曾到訪過Mira旗下的Whisk,比起五星級的酒店餐廳,Supergiant的精品格調,相信會為Mira這品牌帶來另一番氣象吧!
