To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放Lunch經過店舖，見冇客人又想坐得舒服就選擇光顧。食物唔使等好耐就可以開餐，好欣賞佢哋滑蛋雞肉蓋飯，醬汁啱啱好(不會太濃味)，飯口感不會太硬and太軟，雞肉香口多汁。後來，客人越來越多，廚房做唔切，樓面女職員協助廚房工作。大約1330左右準備結帳離開，當時我帶住耳機走去收銀結帳，女職員叫我等等一陣幫我結帳，我答佢：好。我冇再理會自顧用電話，然後我再望一望，女職員叫個小朋友(應該係女職員的小孩)幫忙結帳，我見小朋友想拎卡機，便幫手拎落嚟俾佢，初時我唔知個男職員同我講嘢，因為廚房位有啲嘈，然後走前鬧我:等多2分鐘唔得嘅，要個小朋友幫你埋單…首先，我明白貴店Full場人手不足，我冇逼你小朋友協助我埋單，我都已經等左一陣冇催你哋幫我，我只係企係收銀位一陣唔坐回坐位，都要俾你鬧？呢間嘢食雖然好食，但唔會再有下次！
