好耐冇食長腳蟹,幾間港式大酒樓都試過,今次再嚟海港集團旗下海港薈。環境都算舒適,算係有海景view, 雖然天黑之後玻璃反光睇唔到出面。😆1️⃣清酒蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹:蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,搭配清酒更加帶出蟹肉鮮味,咬落去啖啖肉好滿足。不過大家記得要提前預訂時留蟹。🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟2️⃣一口豆腐:外層炸得金黃酥脆,豆腐內部柔軟細嫩,口感極為順滑,送酒一流。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼3️⃣椒鹽鮑魚:呢道菜係我平時去西貢或者三聖邨海鮮舖好鍾意點嘅,見到有就點嚟試吓。鮑魚肉質鮮嫩,口感彈牙,搭配椒鹽的香辣味道,使得整道菜更加提升。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼4️⃣呠酒焗桶蠔:蠔肉鮮嫩多汁,搭配呠酒的醬料,整道菜更加有鑊氣風味。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼5️⃣爵士湯:都算好足料,有齊鮑魚螺片花膠等等,湯的口感濃郁,充滿層次感,每一口都能品嚐到不同的食材風味。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼6️⃣素鵝:純粹諗住叫個香口野餸下走,點知佢同上海餐廳嘅素鵝完全唔係嗰回事,係就係好脆口,不過呢種炸皮有啲食唔慣😅😅。見到之前啲評語都係話服務唔好,今次同屋企人嚟都有啲擔心遇到嗰個奇怪店員,好好彩服務都正常,喺尖沙咀呢個地段呢個價位,食物質素都算唔錯。
