To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳人氣都幾旺盛,成日都好多人等位,雖然有得訂位,不過訂位quota通常好快full,晚飯的話或者要晚上八點半後。餐廳環境以木風為主,同一般居酒屋格調相若,有三分一嘅座位係bar枱。食物款式選擇都幾多,我地一行三人叫左沙律炸蟹肉芝士丶壽司丶卷物丶燒魚丶牛肉丶串燒同炒烏冬。個人認為最好味係燒魚,個醬係由梅製成,酸酸甜甜,令人好開胃。第二推介係燒蕃薯,口感厚切,熱辣辣,好味! 其他食物不過不失,壽司定價就貴左D~ 至於炒烏冬就麻麻,味道偏淡。依餐價錢每人差不多要三百蚊,略嫌有啲貴。環境氣氛: ★★★★☆食物質素: ★★★☆☆服務態度: ★★★☆☆
