同事帶我去咗上環角落頭位嘅大廈,試食呢間開業半年左右嘅日本居酒屋,我都想試好耐啦😋睇落價錢都唔平,平均都要280蚊位😦不過就包咗一系列前菜湯等,尚算吸引。好~等我試下好唔好食先!成個套餐有沙律、剌身(牡丹蝦、蜜柑鯛、拖羅)、蒸蛋、湯、主菜、雪糕。蒸蛋用料包括松葉蟹、金目鯛、雞肉。吸物即係個湯,menu 寫係大和蜆味噌湯,比較一般,無乜鮮味無乜味噌味淡淡地🤔主菜我㨂咗香蔥鹿兒島五花豚肉丼,初時我仲以為係五花豚肉薄片🥺味道似食燒味嘅蔥油減鹽版,配煎香嘅五花腩,味道不錯只係略嫌太油,白飯底下有好多油剩呢🫣整體係好豐富而且超級飽,條褲要爆了!
