To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次吃添好運, 其是也是慕名而來啦, 因它獲米芝蓮嘛~ 這次的到訪, 完全因為馬來西亞朋友到香港旅行, 為一盡地主之誼, 我與男友帶她們遊香港. 本想帶她們到稻X 或超級漁X 的, 但想起這間, 於是就去試試. 10AM去到, 剛好catch到第一輪入座, order 好點心後, 再往窗外望已見人龍.酥皮焗叉燒包– 外層焗得脆, 內裏有熱烘烘的惹味叉燒, 好好味~ 但幾年前, 我在其他平價茶樓也吃過, 味道相若, 但價錢便宜些黃沙潤腸– 豬膶有少少沙的口感, 勾起我那些年要喝豬膶水補身的日子, HAHA,叉燒腸 - 腸粉拉得軟滑, 叉燒肥瘦均勻, 不錯~蝦餃皇– 不算大粒, 但蝦很彈牙, 可惜味道總是欠點甚麼糯米雞– 用豉油醃過的雞件把糯米飯也染了味和色, 不會太咸, 還有冬菇等作餡料; 糯米的軟硬度適中, 我幾喜歡這點心, 但$26....貴左D鮮肉面醬蒸茄子– 好一般, 而且面醬味不夠香滑奶黃包– 不是流沙那類, 或許讓海外朋友有點失望. 奶黃餡於整個包的比例來說不算多, 吃不出有濃濃的蛋黃味, 反而是香滑的奶味, 各人喜好不同, 很難定奪好吃與否蝦肉燒賣– 用蝦肉代替肥豬肉,
