食鵝食開癮頭,早兩晚試完棋哥,隔日去了甘饕,亦是以燒鵝出名,鏞記後人開辦。週末午後入內,未見客滿,座位約十六位,簡單排列,很整齊。叫了燒鵝瀨,先有一碗木瓜老火湯,料很足。燒鵝配了兩條油菜另碟上,賣相很不錯,看似油膩,但很有汁感。皮薄肉滑,一口咬下,肥油在皮與肉之間溢出,很香口。因為不太嗜肥,遂將附在皮下的白脂肪掠去,再蓋在厚厚的鵝肉上,易入口,更感豐飴。瀨粉的湯底有點甜味,很可口,差點當湯全送到肚內。價錢略貴,但比起前兩晚的一間又確實較好味。一分錢一分貨。
