To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六中午十二點半喺網上攞咗張飛, 接近兩點去到食肆門口 ,等咗十幾分鐘有位入內。冇侍應帶位🤔,門口畀張紙仔嚟,寫住個枱號,自己行入去再搵自己張枱。坐低第一個感覺係凍🥶,好大冷氣,非常凍,記得帶外套。 店舖內部分位置有落地大玻璃🤩,望見大圍出面嘅景,都幾開揚光猛,裝修精緻 ,座位就迫夾些,同埋比較嘈吵😞。我哋三個人,嗌咗四樣嘢,大約15分鐘就上菜,有椒鹽九肚魚,方魚瑤柱肉碎粥, 蟹肉花膠羹 和 打冷拼盤。 花膠蟹肉羹最好味,同埋份量都足💗,真係有相當數量蟹肉同花膠響入面,椒鹽九肚魚炸得脆同埋唔油膩, 魚肉嫩滑😋, 方魚瑤柱肉碎粥就搵唔到瑤柱喇😂。3個人兩大一細食咗575蚊,cp值一般😏,但勝在冇限時,如果同朋友要傾計,可以傾耐少少🤭,其他食肆午餐時間通常都有時限。
