To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

番茄意粉OK 但其他都唔OK

呢日到觀塘做野，一落天橋就見到呢間茶記，因為好想飲杯茶記奶茶所以就上左黎幫親。上到去阿姐招呼我坐近窗的位置，都幾好。之後我點左個炒蛋，想食番茄湯麵，只見有湯意粉，都幾得意就試下啦，點知，湯意粉好好，但個炒蛋，好油，好熟，中伏了。不過我下次仍會黎但只食番茄湯意粉啦！如果個炒蛋做好D就好了。
