Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當天的午餐 , 就落腳在位於 油麻地-廣東道 的 Salaam Namaste Curry House ~Menu ~餐湯 : 白菜煲冬瓜湯 , 是一般港式的家常湯水 , 味道清新 , 大家應該都會喜歡飲 ~Kashmiri Naan 雜果烤餅 : 是 "喀什米爾" 地區的一種烤餅 , 餅就是夾著乾果乾烤成的 , 餅烤得香口又鬆軟 , 味道香甜 , 超好食 , 廚師好廚藝 ~Lamb Makhani 牛油茄汁燴羊肉 : 質感濃稠醬汁滿有香料的味道 , 亦帶有羊肉的香 , 味道微辛 , 帶骨的羊肉是先用香料醃過之後再煮 , 羊肉軟嫩有羊味但不會是羊羶味 , 可見廚師的功力是深不可測 , 配飯或者配 Naan bread 都非常好吃 ~Chicken Tikka Set 無骨燒雞 : 烤雞當然就是印式烤雞 , 其實叫得 Tikka 就一定是無骨的烤雞件 , 雞件烤得滑嫩且邊位有炭香 , 香料和雞件的味道配合得恰到好處 , 沾沾醬汁來吃 , 認真一流 ~Ox Tongue Masala 瑪蕯拉牛脷 : Masala sauce 煮得稀杰適中 , 味道十分到位 , 香料味道濃郁而且味道平衡 ;

 Kulfi 印度牛奶雪糕 : 有一段日子沒有吃過 kulfi , 所以就點來吃 , 這 kulfi 是店方自家製的 , 味道富有奶香以及豆蔻的香味 , 口感沙沙的 , 超好吃 ~
