收工後去開長沙灣,想食餃子所以去咗附近一間好出名嘅餃子店「好味餃子店」,店舖位於元州街盡頭,即大中華後面。餃子出名在於激Juicy皮薄爆餡,有湯餃和煎餃2款。餃子種類也不少,包括有粟米、韭菜、白菜、芹菜、雲耳椰菜、甘荀沙葛和芫茜。選擇了湯餃和煎餃各一款,10隻為$47 (單拼),雙拼$49。湯餃選擇了韭菜和雲耳椰菜,兩款餃子都同樣咁好味,皮薄餡靚,肉和菜比例剛好,不會太多肉,而味道亦調教得恰到好處。值得一題的是佢個湯底,是野葛菜生魚豬骨湯,湯味濃郁而又帶點魚湯的鮮甜味,再加上不加味精,第一次食餃子會連湯都飲光😆煎餃則選擇了芹菜和甘荀沙葛。煎餃的形狀與一般煎餃不同,是比較扁平,兩邊煎得完全香脆,口感有點似炸餃子,非常香口。喜歡甘荀沙葛,有口感又好味,而芹菜亦同樣出色。
