又到左一星期去一次既尖沙咀,立鮨午餐梗係我地必到之處今次老公食10件omakase $358呀生(同音)師傅招呼好好,又會耐心地逐件介紹,由上至下開始食,分別有珍寶牡丹蝦,大大隻好飽滿好creamy珍寶帆立貝,師傅整左啲柚子碎喺上面,creamy得泥加多份清新感覺深海池魚,師傅亦整左柚子碎喺上面,帶岀池魚既香濃魚味赤鯥同喜之次都係炙燒既,好香口,有驚喜,喜之次就整左葱醬喺上面,令壽司更有層次大拖羅好肥美,淨係賣相都足以令我地食到哇哇聲中拖羅雖然無大拖羅咁肥美,但綿密既肉質令口腔充滿住拖羅魚味,更加無大拖羅咁易覺得膩,可以不斷encore!煙燻鯖魚好有驚喜!估唔到當造既鯖魚可以咁好食,同以往食開既燒鯖魚會帶點腥味實在係兩個世界!白子壽司永遠無得彈,一路咬,爆開既白子將每粒飯包住既口感係同食海膽一樣咁正!加拿大海膽,今日無馬糞,但加拿大海膽亦不會失禮,好食!最後都係忍唔住揀左兩件最岀色既Encore,分別係喜之次壽司 $58同深海池魚壽司 $25火炙松葉蟹腳壽司$30燒過既松葉蟹係一絲絲既口感,本人覺得仲好食過坊間既生松葉蟹,燒過更加帶有甜味!鮟鱇魚肝小食 $58佢放左柚子醋喺個底度,令容

呢個真係超級無敵勁好食!燒過既大拖羅油脂超級豐富,飯粒將每滴油都吸收左,然後紫菜亦可以中和油膩感,魚油充滿omega 3,係健康既油,食幾多都唔會覺得有罪惡感!分分鐘皮膚仲好左呀


真係食幾多次都唔厭,下星期再見
