記得呢間餐廳啱啱開業嘅時候係立食冇凳坐,後尾唔知係咪都係迎合返市場又加返晒啲凳😹今次晏晝5:30入到餐廳,發現竟然有下午茶套餐優惠,而且價錢仲要勁抵。我叫咗一個刺身定食連埋湯、沙律都只係$75,足足有五款刺身,每款有兩片,而且都厚切,完全冇將貨就價,以呢個質素嚟講,呢個價格係超級超級抵。朋友就叫左個都係下午茶餐嘅精選壽司成盒,8件壽司,仲要有一件係海膽軍艦,一樣都係包埋湯同沙律,當以為已經上完成個餐嘅時候,師傅又上一碗細碗嘅烏冬,朋友食完呢個下午茶餐真係飽到上心口。除咗下午茶餐之外,見到佢嘅限定款入邊有生蠔,平平哋$38 1隻,又叫咗一隻嚟試吓,雖然唔算好大隻,但肉質非常爽,有微微海水味但又唔會好咸。另外仲叫咗一個白子小食,白子其實即係魚嘅精巢,好多人一聽到都唔敢食,但其實白紙個口感好正,非常Creamy,配埋個條味醬汁一流。而家知道佢有咁抵嘅下午茶餐,下次去都一定會要喺六點之前入去幫襯🤣🤣

食物味道同價錢係性價比幾高,同埋都唔會趕人走,可以慢慢食,見到好多人食完慢慢飲茶吹水。不過正因為咁,等位都耐,黎到門口下一張到我地都等左三十分鐘先有位食。壽司上菜黎講都算幾慢。我地叫$9-$17款式簡單壽司都要等20分鐘(其它客人已經食完吹緊水,所以堂食都係三個師傅做緊我地兩個客嘅野食,但佢地可能要做外賣單掛,不過全程聽師傅好開心吹水,仲做錯左d外賣單)接近$50玉子燒果d就要40分鐘,好似愈貴等愈耐咁。但唔趕時間其實係抵食,因為價錢好平。

✔️玉子壽司喺餐廳嘅自家製壽司,係用日本嘅雞蛋自己制,每一件都非常甜,而且都幾好食,再加埋佢本身即刻叫即刻握嘅飯!鍾意食黑松露嘅朋友,亦都可以加黑松露!✔️麵豉湯不嬲都係呢一間餐廳其中一個我最鍾意食嘅嘢,加咗好多蝦頭去煲,成個湯充滿海鮮味,而且有豆腐同埋海帶增加成個麵豉湯嘅口感,價錢亦都非常抵,鍾意飲麵豉湯嘅朋友不能錯過!✔️帶子壽司就非常鮮甜,餐廳係用日本嘅高質帶子,加埋Wasabi簡直就係正!

我諗起碼有大半年冇黎過,心血來潮,想過黎食壽司。舖頭比較細,十零個位,啱啱坐滿咗,喺門口等咗2,3個字都冇所謂,仍然會有D期望,我記得以前黎食,質素唔錯,所以有一牌經常黎食。入坐,點少少野,試下先,有員工在開心吹水,都冇所謂嘅,最緊要黎果D野好食。我入坐之後,人開始少咗,但都係等咗一陣,可能師傅地要做外賣。終於食物來了,看來只是中規中矩,細細件,味追正常嘅,但發現D壽司飯嘅飯粒比較細粒,而且較硬,影響咗口感。最後黎一個手卷,D紫菜係包住舊飯,好似春卷形狀,反而咁樣D飯比較"軟熟",呢個有少少海膽嘅手卷,係我最滿意。同埋我坐喺度寫食評,佢地冇趕我走,因為呢一浸,堂食客少了。普普通通嘅一頓飯,可能只係成自己期望高咗,又或者真係礙於成本上漲,好似冇特別加過價,咁只有喺食材嘅質量方面將就一下。
