To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係同太太嘅週年紀念日～太太鍾意清清淡淡～又唔係太鍾意食肉～咁就要揀素食啦～初時擔心寫字樓放飯會多人～食之前一日訂位～去到冇人嘅～食到一半先見到OL入座～店內環境簡潔～店長態度好好～店員應該新嚟好多嘢都不熟悉～只要很學很做就好快上手～每一樣都真假難分，從外表看不出來是素菜，非常用心～安格斯牛肉漢堡～賣相極好～牛肉味食吾到～反面薯條應該好食～因為兩個餐嘅薯條都畀太太食曬～桂花叉燒～外表～味道都好～可以一試～all day brunch～有炸蝦…炸蠔…沙律…茄汁豆…炒蛋…薯條…麵包～炸蠔真係好真實食到蠔味～炒蛋好滑好香～用麵包夾住咗炒蛋好食好多～春捲真係吾好點～食曬所有嘢～唯獨甜品未食～因為太太話飽～所以冇點～下次會再來
