To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於旺角嘅酒樓無論任何時候都甘好生意,今日系政府改規例後第一次出去飲茶,到達後見到全部set晒4人枱,枱與枱次之間都分得好開,有啲就間左屏風,疫情下真的生意難做,有客都吾敢接,通常黎食晚飯多,下午茶都系第一次,今日2個人叫左鮑魚燒賣,椒鹽魷魚鬚,迷你乾炒牛河,豉汁牛肚,燕窩蛋白椰王,本來重有义燒包,點知漏左單,整體點心都可以,不過覺得魷魚鬚吾夠大條,脆粉都可以,始終甘多年海港都保持到一定水準,聽伙計講明日晚市都要取消了,希望疫情快啲過去,一切盡快回覆正常
