To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

肺炎疫情下還兼夾有限聚令，周日忽然之間想飲茶，很多茶樓都暫停營業，只有到牛頭角街坊形式的酒樓，嘉豪飮茶，雖然有限聚令，但酒樓仍然一貫搭枱作風，感覺並不衞生，但只要不超過4個人，沒違反限聚令。枱布很邋遢，有不少茶和食物污糟，前面應該食了幾枱客了，但沒有換枱布，衛生的確麻麻，舊式酒店招呼當然欠奉，個個黑口黑面嬲爆爆，唔知乜事？不會準備結業吧？匆匆吃了三個點心，咖喱魷魚、咸水角、鮮竹卷，埋單$98元，不算便宜，可幸茶是不錯的。
