To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老爺奶奶話上次佢哋兩個去港灣壹號飲茶時,見到枱與枱之間隔得好開。如果四個人都可以坐喺同一張台,不過中間有兩塊透明膠板隔住,感覺上都幾安全。因為好耐冇一家人一齊出去食午餐,所以今日終於出動喇。餐廳安排咗我哋四個坐一張平時應該係坐六人嘅枱。張枱中間放咗兩個透明膠板。我覺得我哋四個唔單只相隔1.5米,直頭隔2米添😂大家都保持非常安全嘅距離!不過有D攪笑係因為隔咁遠,有時聽唔清楚對方講乜嘢,要讀唇先溝通到😆仲有一樣搞笑係,當點心嚟到,例如:蝦餃4粒,要一邊枱先夾,然後再要企起身,伸手跨過透明膠板遞過去,或者好似玩傳波遊戲咁pass 俾隔離😂真係疫情之下先體驗到呢種飲茶方式!講返食物,每一樣都係即叫即做(因為有個小朋友霸住我個電話,所以影唔到點心嘅相)唔緊要啦,酒店水準係不用懷疑,全部都材料都好新鮮,味道都好好。➡️「山珍醬鵝肝和牛鬆炒飯」($145/碗)山珍醬係用咗D菇類醃製嘅醬,食落有少少松露味,飯粒分明,有鑊氣。不過我食唔到鵝肝呢,扣少少分😅➡️「瑤柱蟹肉炆鴛鴦米」($135/碗)蟹肉好鮮甜,唔會食到碎骨!Kester 有時如果食蟹肉食到碎骨,佢會即刻罷食。今次佢全部食晒,所以證明廚房手功唔錯

山珍醬係用咗D菇類醃製嘅醬,食落有少少松露味,飯粒分明,有鑊氣。不過我食唔到鵝肝呢,扣少少分😅


➡️「瑤柱蟹肉炆鴛鴦米」($135/碗)
蟹肉好鮮甜,唔會食到碎骨!Kester 有時如果食蟹肉食到碎骨,佢會即刻罷食。今次佢全部食晒,所以證明廚房手功唔錯!鴛鴦米嘅粉絲煙煙靭靭,我好鍾意呀😊


➡️「龍蝦湯鮮蝦蟹肉灌湯餃」($155)
隻灌湯餃脹卜卜,材料十足,而且個餃皮夠薄。龍蝦湯就一定唔係好似西式嘅lobster basque 咁濃,稀D,適合非重口味人士。


服務方面,所有waiter 都好有禮貌同態度專業。佢哋會時時幫忙斟茶同有時幫手遞點心添。只係有一位waiter, 當你叫佢時,佢會應你,但係語氣比較俗D,佢會話:「你等陣先!」我哋叫佢幾次,佢每次都係咁樣應我哋。我覺得佢如果話「請等一等!」或只係舉一舉手示意都會令人感覺舒服啲,話晒我哋唔係喺茶餐廳。另外,呢位waiter 仲有一D體味添😰我個人非常介意體味呢一方面,尤其係同飲食有關。每次佢幫我斟茶或換碟,我都要閉一閉氣。我覺得從事餐飲,要接觸客人嘅服務員都應該留意埋個人衛生問題,避免對客人用膳期間作出影響。
