Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前都想去試下呢間社企架啦,今次有個「理由」到訪一下啦。疫情+限聚令對餐飲業影響好大,都預左佢唔會好多客人,不過估唔到原來今晚得我地一枱客!無啦啦包左場!(驚喜一)講返下個環境,裝修同情調都唔錯,背景播放輕快音樂,令人放鬆。侍應帶我地就坐後,斟完水就俾個餐牌俾我地睇啦⋯⋯!!!做緊特別優惠!!!5 course menu 半價!!(驚喜二)真係難以置信!兩個前菜,一個湯,一個主菜同一個甜品。後地另外叫左兩杯cocktail- classic margarita 上菜前有麵包,配三種醬(橄欖,蕃茄+蒜,有鹽牛油),麵包香脆,我最鍾意蕃茄+蒜既醬,又香又開胃!(食完仲會問你夠唔夠)第一個前菜:藍鰭三文魚他他薄薄一片,裝飾精緻可見大廚心思,味道唔錯第二個前菜:溫泉蛋配鮮蝦配燈籠椒醬整個很爽口,蝦有鮮味,蛋汁又香,配搭得宜,幾開胃湯:龍蝦湯濃而不膩主菜一(我的):西班牙栗飼豬扒配菠蘿蓉汁拌時菜熟度控制得幾好,有肉汁唔會鞋,但如果表面再煎香啲就更好主菜二(他的):龍蝦意大利飯龍蝦煮得剛好,又鮮味意大利飯雖然不是正宗的有硬芯(因應香港人口味調整口感),但中間的炒洋蔥、白酒、芝士都真材實料,令人回味
