To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#香港美食 瘋狂小面隱藏喺最繁華嘅中環區😂其實只係距離天橋位兩步路，但係唔行過嚟真係唔知有間一樓小店瘋狂大排面真係要讚一讚！湯底香濃，麻味好夠，搭配炆煮幾唸嘅肉簡直完美。個紅湯都算幾辣，第一次去嘅人最好揀辣揀得保守啲。既開胃又唔會過火，真係好正！配菜加錢揀左個棒棒雞，其實應該係口水雞，仲有啲花生碎，都幾過癮。第2個set叫咗酸辣粉，係真係幾好食，麻辣味道令整碗面更加立體，唔會覺得單調。甜品試埋清甜嘅紅棗銀耳湯，完美收尾。食重口味酸辣嘢又要有啲質素，可以揀呢間，無論係味道定係份量都非常滿意。瘋狂小麵果然夠瘋狂😂👏🏻
