To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

score 總分： 75至80第一次睇到這個名，心諗 “睇黎個老闆都幾有“性格”喎”。點知一去到，鋪面又冇咩特別咋喎......又有幾瘋狂呀？咪吹大喎，等我試下你有幾狂野！？外表只是一碗普通“那炸麵”，點知一咬上“頂呀！按你個肚臍機關制”，一食就真心“瘋狂”愛上佢。講堅，出乎意料之外嘅好味道。完全冇諗過比一般麵館好食咁多。點解會愛上佢？咩愛有得解釋架咩？我有！ 係因為佢夠“野味，夠辣！火辣得黎又令人上引” 食得少少辣辣嘅人就會明白一個道理。。。。咁q辣嘅! 但又真係幾好味喎！ 你話瘋唔瘋狂？直頭自虐狂啦～再加上中環區，性價比真係冇得頂，無敵啦～玩晒！
