To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次係中環區發現一間食專食川味嘅餐廳，而且係樓上店。呢度裝修好有特色，而且食物都好正宗，今次真係同朋友冇嚟錯地方，而且眼見係平日有好多officer係呢度食lunch套餐！佢哋嘅套餐係自選内容，而我哋都各點一份A+B+C+D套餐，可以自己揀自己鍾意嘅嘢食同配料！前菜 （瘋狂小吃）木耳 + 泡椒鳳爪先食一食兩款開胃小食！木耳爽口帶辣，當中仲有啲蒜頭香味！泡椒鳳爪口感爽脆，味道酸甜帶辣！主食（瘋狂小面）瘋狂擔擔面 （另+牛肉）平時外面食嘅擔擔麵都係奉湯上，而呢到嘅擔擔麵係乾撈的，再撈埋麻醬一齊食，又香又好味！另外再加餸，叫咗一份牛肉撈埋一齊食！酸辣粉 （另+牛舌）正宗酸辣粉，湯底煮得好好，令薯粉入晒味，而且薯粉口感煙韌，好有口感！瘋狂飲品揀咗烏梅汁，係消暑解渴飲品之一，而且可以開胃同解辣！瘋狂甜品期待已久嘅成都老粉冰，呢款甜品清甜，可以中和之前食過嘅辣味。值得一試！

木耳 + 泡椒鳳爪
先食一食兩款開胃小食！
木耳爽口帶辣，當中仲有啲蒜頭香味！
泡椒鳳爪口感爽脆，味道酸甜帶辣！

瘋狂擔擔面 （另+牛肉）
