Restaurant: Crazy Noodles (Kai Tak Commercial Building)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳自選可ABCD，先揀A食咩麵另加配料，B飲品，C小食，D甜品。🍜瘋狂大排麵(白湯): 白湯雖然唔洗揀辣度，但都有胡椒既味道，大家預定係BB既BB辣咁，大排肉勁厚身😘，好有咬口😍🍝番茄牛肉麵：牛肉係嚴選美國牛腱子肉，用紅燒調料去腥，再燉煮2個鐘，食落好香軟😍至於湯底係用慢煮方式煮食濃郁蕃茄湯，再用2個鐘高溫炒香至番茄濃汁🍅🍅🍅🍅，同豬骨湯撞湯，先出到咁香濃既蕃茄湯底，非常花功夫！成都老冰粉：冰粉加左提子乾，酒槽，山楂，花生，勁好食😍😍
