To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 重陽節出外行山舒展筋骨,行完青衣自然徑,順道入青衣城吃個晚飯。選了稻香,六時許人不多,雖然我們只有兩人,但今時今日都給你一張四人檯,檯與檯之間有圍板隔開。侍應給你茶包就走開,檯旁有一台自動注水的茶壺,開茶工序自助處理。這也好,省得經常叫喚侍應為你添水。點餐也可用手機掃碼下單,不過我們還是看實物點菜紙下單,可以一目了然,不用在手機內推上推下。人少吃的不會太多。主角是古法羊腩煲,一大煲放在爐上加熱,當冒出熱氣打開蓋時,陣陣香氣透出來,因為加了兩大片香葉在煲內,所以十分香。羊腩肉嫩容易咬,炆得剛剛好,配料就有冬筍,冬菇,支竹,馬蹄,蒜粒,薑片,蔥,都是羊腩煲慣常用料,醬汁也不鹹。之後就是叫一些小食:紅燒石岐乳鴿,雖然是乳鴿但肉質豐厚,鴿肉已有味道,所以沒有提供喼汁與淮鹽。沙薑豬手,沙薑味濃,豬手有肉,份量多。想喝湯就要了一個氣鍋鮑魚海中寶,材料充足,有鮑魚,花膠,雞肉,螺頭,紅棗,杞子,味道清香,只是不夠熱。我們點的菜餚都偏向鹹,所以都要吃碗白飯下菜。這兒的白飯是蒸出來的,飯面鋪上幾顆粟米,飯粒軟熟也好吃。最後要吃甜味結尾,椰皇燉燕窩,有點驚喜,上桌時熱騰騰,蛋白香滑,椰汁青甜,配上碎碎疏疏

吃完出櫃台結賬時,看到很多人買外賣,價格不貴,有八折優惠,看來生意不錯呢。
