去銅鑼灣辦完事,好肚餓就求其入左登龍街呢間拉麵店,見佢門口貼住十周年優惠,平日12:00-17:50全麵類$68好抵食咁。點餐紙都有得揀麵既粗幼,硬度同湯底口味。筆者叫左醬油豬骨拉麵🍜係最basic果款,menu話係創業初期以來永恆不變最有人氣一款,就試下係咪好食可以做到十年咁耐。湯底好濃厚,上左菜之後我要攪一攪個麵同d湯先食得,我選幼麵,普通硬度,麵底ok!唔會好淋好硬,不過d湯真係有啲鹹,件豚肉有燒邊,食到有炙燒味道👍🏼不過就多左d肥肉佔左塊豚肉1/3。唔知係咪因為特價時段,本身既溏心蛋變做鵪鶉蛋,筆者係有失望🙍‍♀️明明食拉麵好期待溏心蛋,今次竟然冇左。就好似人地食豬腳薑,但係冇咗蛋一樣。店鋪細細,傳統日式拉麵裝修,$68食碗拉麵都ok既。
