To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老人家成日去酒樓飲茶真係食到悶悶地,放假搵吓觀塘區發現原來有呢一間點心餐廳。估唔到食落都有驚喜。點心賣相精緻,唔係傳統嘅點心類別,有啲創新。不過覺得上枱食物唔係好夠熱(我係鍾意熱辣辣有蒸氣冒晒出嚟嗰種熱度)。當日係星期日午餐時間,真係要排隊等位,等咗30分鐘,好彩係有卡位,其他位置會比較迫。呢個點心拼盤有六款點心都唔錯,賣相靚,而且夠特別。馬拉小籠包,味道冇想像中咁得人驚,食落都ok。紅米腸粉就真係比較少地方有得食,腸粉皮煙煙韌韌,入邊炸到香脆,咬落好有層次,入邊餡料係蝦仁,出奇地同上面嘅沙律醬好夾!有三款醬料可以蘸,豉油,花生醬,辣椒醬。
