To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店子有的座位就在海邊,悠閒的感覺滿滿的。服務也不錯很好,入座點菜上菜結賬離開,店員都很有禮貌,又會提醒下一班船在何時開航,又向我們指示碼頭方向,還送我們船期表。南丫島的榕樹灣走到索罟灣,又是午飯時候。這邊有幾家海鮮酒家,試了這一家。點了一個二人餐:白灼蝦:這個最好吃,蝦大隻又鮮味。蒸鮑魚:一般,不特別鮮味。蒸魚:不錯金錢雞:味道比較淡,沾上蒸鮑魚的豉油之後好吃得多。浸油麥菜:很好吃,份量也多。炸丸子:味道一般,不過這是送的,不能要求太高。啤酒:夠冰凍,好解渴。白灼海生蝦鮮甜美味!椒鹽鮮魷煙韌香脆。生炒骨,酸酸甜甜,胃口大開。炸墨魚丸香噴噴又彈牙。西芹炒斑球,斑球夠滑夠鮮甜。蛋白蒸花蟹,蛋白充滿蟹肉鮮味,白白滑滑,送飯一流。楊州炒飯,蛋香四溢,大滿足。
