To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為我自己本身好鍾意食魚鰾,而呢一間小菜館嘅魚標又做得好出色,所以今晚忽發奇想,嚟一個魚標大比拼,其實都係好無聊咁樣叫兩款唔同煮法嘅魚標睇下邊隻正啲。一號佳麗就係鎮店之寶之一嘅鐵板白胡椒煎魚鰾,佢係用煎焗嘅方式去處理呢個魚標,所以煎到魚標嘅外層少少窿微微脆,蓮藕落去嘅時候仍然保留到魚標嗰種煙煙靭靭嘅口感,用鐵板上就保留到嗰個溫度,特別天氣凍嘅時候會更理想。2號佳麗就係傳統嘅薑蔥魚標,都係鐵板上,呢個魚標就少咗煎焗嗰種嘅脆口,不過佢啲配料就煮得好香,洋蔥紅蔥頭蒜片等等發揮到佢哋應有嘅香味。總結:如果純粹講魚標本身,白胡椒煎嗰款係好食啲嘅,但係如果講整體嚟講,薑蔥魚標係惹味啲嘅。
