公司會計小姐突然飯癮起,仲話好想食魚生飯,小肥午前就喺網上睇吓區內有啲咩選擇,結果俾細佬搵到一家以北海道聞名o既「勝手丼」起名o既「豊勝手丼」。店內牆身o既黑板以日文道出日本三大市場之一o既「釧路和商市場」最出名食「勝手丼」。小店只有四張四人枱,中午時分最旺,搭枱亦屬必然。抬頭一望,可見餐店好貼題地用上漁網及貝殼裝潢,腦中自然諗起捕魚業及食海鮮。啱啱舊年同屋企人東瀛遊時,從旅遊書得知「勝手丼」之來由,喺釧路同函館更親身品嚐過。XO仔之前喺遊記上都有提及到此丼物o既一段故,在此亦想重複多次,希望睇過o既讀者唔好嫌小弟長氣:「字面上「丼」即「飯」,而「勝手」則可解作為「是但」或「隨便」。據超閃旅遊書記載,話說十多年前喺北海道釧路,有幾個餓著肚子o既窮書生好想食魚生飯,卻因餐廳o既價格過高而轉場去直接同啲魚檔老闆提出要求,希望可以低價購下賣剩o既魚生,然後再去買碗白飯自砌魚生飯。久而久之,魚市場內就越黎越多舖頭散賣白飯同廉價魚生,任客人「勝手」地(即隨意地)揀選魚生放喺白飯上製出「勝手丼」。」店子明顯取此為題,附上彩圖簡介,任由食客於點菜紙自選丼物之魚鮮配料。唔想自選魚材o既朋友唔洗擔心,餐
