真係冇諗過炸魚薯條嘅魚竟然可以用白鱔嚟做。佢個鱔會用兩支竹籤拮住之後先至放落去炸,我估佢咁樣做就係為咗舊炸白鱔可以夠挺身唔會攣埋一舊,炸粉好薄唔會一咬落去淨係咬到啲粉,白鱔好新鮮,唔會因為用嚟炸所以就搵啲冇咁新鮮嘅魚,我會用「爆汁彈牙」呢個四個字嚟形容呢個炸白鱔。見呢度有番薯條所以又叫咗一份,份量比想像中多。最後仲叫咗個花雕鮑魚,個鮑魚都幾入味,一份兩隻鮑魚切開四件,隻鮑魚唔會係蚊型size,價錢都合理。
