昨天又再encore李公館, 早前介紹左幾道心機手工菜, 今期真心推介多呢3款, 超好味, 芥末蟹杍沙律好清爽, 白色蟹杍老闆話由日本運到, 香港無得買, 連好多日本人都未食過, 確實珍貴, 另外炸桶蠔, 好大隻, 唔油膩, 唔似一般大排檔咁油多過肉, 最後重點推介, 柚子蜜鮑魚, 上菜時好似罿身雲霧間, 好特別上菜前奏, 簡直係視覺享受. 食得好開心, 之後食埋甜品- 坊間好難食到蓮蓉西米布甸, 為全晚豐富晚宴畫上句號. 下次一定會再光臨, 多謝老闆好介紹. ^_^ !!!
