今次去觀塘apm行行下街,又見到我百吃不厭,回味無窮,總想一食再食既法式焦糖燉蛋,cream brûlée ~~~~雪櫃既玻璃櫥窗放滿一個個,整齊堆砌好既cream brûlée, 同店員落單俾錢後,行到一旁,店員就會馬上撒上黃糖,然後用火槍燒焦表面既糖,香脆既焦糖面就輕易完成~入口個一瞬間,真係會吃得出幸福既味道,將cream brûlée 放一匙入口後,慢慢散發出濃濃既雲尼拿味,超好味!!雲尼拿籽雖然黑色一點點,卻係精華所在,係成件甜品既精萃~食完可以拎走個兜,下次係屋企整甜品都可以用~
