To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從做了會員後經常來吃牛角. lunch , after lunch, dinner 三個時段都有食過。我覺得最抵食的時段是after lunch, 因為set lunch 有7折。 所以我今次都係after lunch 個時段來,節省左$2x。我喜歡食呢度既腹胸肉,雖然冇咩脂肪,但唔會好un, 有牛味。散叫好似$49 4片, 評分: 7.5/10 今次第一次叫薄牛舌,原來幾好味,又大片,有我掌心甘大,一分鐘就食得,唔洗好耐,好煙un,有口感,比起呢度既厚牛舌,更容易掌握來燒。下次再叫。$ 49@4片 評分: 9/10另外,之前叫過呢度既和牛牛肋肉,牛味頗重,入口有油脂味,不過價錢稍貴$89@4片 評分:8/10 豬肉方面,蜜糖豚肉都幾好味,味道比起其他豚肉再豐富一點,不會覺得太肥膩。甜品方面,叫了個云哩拿雪糕。整體來說雪糕冰感太重,一啲都唔creamy,吃內面很多冰塊。疑似是咖啡醬同木糠淋面,不過份量略嫌少了一點。不過都好過淨係比一個雪糕球你 $25 評分:6/10 整體來說,牛角的肉類(由其是牛肉類)份量太小了,每樣都很細片,其實可以切得大片/厚身少少。
