100% 發水牛扒，我點200g 肉眼，店員切了240g 問我okay唔okay。我說可以，一攞到手見到的色水已經覺得唔對路，擺入口先知道出事，發水牛扒，肉質紋理已經變到好似牛肉球咁，咬下去就是水，毫無肉味，牛扒毫無肉色，這就是典型發水牛扒，未食過嘅去大家樂同花園食趴餐就是這種。百幾蚊係單單塊牛扒，主食餐飲要另算，唔係話貴，但係我點解要俾百幾蚊食發水趴？惠康嘅澳洲牧場到餐桌嘅「草飼」肉眼 200g 連 70 蚊都唔駛
