To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午約埋屋企人黎呢到食lunch~原因只有一個:近學校1:30入座~唔駛排隊~叫左2碟點心~首先出場o既係~高山野菌餃(中點)一籠三隻味道一般~冇乜特別...真係好普通~蘿蔔千層酥(大點)唔係好記得個名~(差唔多啦~)佢話係「推薦」喎~的確~冇介紹錯~十分十分百分千分好食!酥皮一層層~好鬆脆~裡面蘿蔔絲夠多~而且好清甜!口感同味道都一流!果然係good呀!!另外叫左套餐半隻油雞+一窩米線($68)幾抵食呀~油雞肉質嫩滑~加上甜甜o既豉油~味道不錯!米線夠大窩~三個人食o岩o岩好~仲食淨少少tim~最後加多碟蠔皇芥蘭~$22!大碟到你唔信~又係抵食!!唔明點解呢間富臨同灣仔間富臨差咁遠~...灣仔o個間雖水準一樣~但價錢差好遠...可能因為rent cost緣故吧...~但...食物還食物..服務又係另一回事囉...埋單o既時候...o岩o岩係下午茶時段門口有人排隊我地3個人食坐4人檯其中有位侍應居然叫左其中一位排緊隊o既客坐埋黎阿姐...我仲未走架!!!!咁都得??唔係丫ma....!!!?!!?服務真係要改進一下...差到爆燈!
