To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聞名不如見面、期待已久，今次終於可以感受Hyatt Steakhouse 味道。今日一行三人，選擇品嘗午餐set lunch 雖然只係午餐時段，但入到餐廳內，環境清靜、完全感受到一種寧靜氣氛，尤如晚餐感覺。服務員、整體態度非常好，友善、細心講解餐牌內容，值得一讚、餐具並非全set齊放於餐桌上、而是按頭盤、餐湯、主菜及甜品跟上。Set lunch 菜式選擇繁多可追加飲品、收費親民。首先、先來一客蒜蓉包、香脆可口。及後開胃頭盤菜、能締造食慾。餐湯實而不華(另收費)主菜、豬、牛、雞、魚、必有一款適合你、sidedish亦有多項選擇。最後Signature Hyatt 甜點作完結。結論：餐廳環境氣氛舒適、服務態度良好、食物質素上盛，唯有美中不足、餐內欠奉咖啡，未能締造完美句號、但個人力推、期待餐牌更換菜式時、再見面💕💕

服務員、整體態度非常好，友善、細心講解餐牌內容，值得一讚、餐具並非全set齊放於餐桌上、而是按頭盤、餐湯、主菜及甜品跟上。
