To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲桂香最出名的雲南手酸辣的小鍋米線，每次當一個人食的晚餐，我都最喜愛食的雲南米線。這間雲桂香的裝修有別於其他分店，有少少似日本和式的設計，～豬頸肉小鍋米線小辣（$36），豬頸肉很多塊，塊塊鬆軟，味道醃得帶有小小辣味，小鍋米線有很多配料，包括有芽菜、莞茜、香蔥、酸菜等等，望落米線都幾足料。而小鍋米線的酸辣湯底，小小微辣幾惹味都幾刺激味蕾，所以每次來到食這個米線，我都幾喜歡飲半碗酸辣湯底，而且價格都好抵食～
