To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入狗年 , 筆者祝賀各位 身體健康 , 心想事成 , 萬事勝意 , 財運亨通 , 狗年旺旺 ~今年筆者所吃到的中式賀年糕點 , 多不勝數 , 傳統糕點的味道變化不多 , 所以不欲多談 .... 今次就講一講 , 這個比較有特色的糕點 , 就是 城景國際 的 樂雅軒中菜廳 的出品 , 百香果芒果十勝紅豆糕 ~百香果芒果十勝紅豆糕 : 成份是百香果、芒果茸、十勝紅豆、糖、魚膠、水 ; 真空包裝，也是沒有添加任何化學劑，只要把糕盒蓋打開便能聞到一陣百香果的果香 ~製作成三層，無論分層吃或合層吃都是各具美味，底層十勝紅豆糕是造出有日本紅豆茸的味道，入囗綿滑亦有少許紅豆肉的咬囗，不會像中式的紅豆有沙沙的囗感 ~甜度不重，反而夾入中上層非常有果味的芒果及百香果糕時，這紅豆糕並不算甜，果味會充斥口腔，而咀嚼到百香果核時發出噼里啪啪響，更似有 " 爆竹一聲除舊歲 " 的意境 ~本篇完 ~
