To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久之前就已經聽朋友介紹過呢間餐廳，話會食上癮，當時朋友們都是lunch來，可惜我不在中環上班，唯有另外等機會。今晚剛好有朋友約我來中環吃晚餐，還說想吃辣的，所以我就提議這家餐廳。結果朋友都大讚選得好。這裡主打吃辣，可惜我跟朋友今天都有點點喉嚨乾，最後朋友點了瘋狂豌雜麵，有輕微麻麻的感覺，而我就決定吃不辣的番茄牛肉麵。另外當然要點些東西分享，就叫了蒜泥青瓜跟紅棗銀耳湯還有成都老冰粉。至於飲料就點了烏梅汁跟羅漢果冬瓜茶。整體而言，我覺得這裡的麵是很好吃，q彈而且份量也很多。成都老冰粉也是我第一次吃的，好特別好清涼。難怪這裡午餐都一定要排隊。
