呢間舖頭都經過幾次,今日第一次去試吓佢啲餃子。龍凰松茸雙灼餃(跟湯) $92: 口黑色係黑松露,白色係白松露,個人覺得叫兩款可以試得多啲嘢。自己覺得黑松露嘅話會薔薇啲,感覺會濃味少少自己鍾意黑松露多啲。香煎軟心芝士餃七隻($58): 自己覺得好彩嗌咗煎嘅芝士餃,煎完之後入邊嘅芝士溶溶地加埋脆脆地嘅外皮真係幾正。而且真係皮好薄餡亦都好多!如果覺得食芝士太膩嘅話可以任裝佢隔離附送嘅醃蘿蔔,自己都食咗幾碟! 麥盞雞翼($25):呢個麥棧雞翼食落去嘅時候覺得好似上海排骨嘅味,甜甜地幾好。入味之餘亦都調味調得好,印象之中喺香港好似冇食過呢一種味道嘅雞翼。雖然價錢偏貴,但係覺得可以一試。上湯松茸時蔬($35): 食咗咁多肉之後,就叫咗一個上湯時蔬,有少少杞子同埋蘑菇,感覺健康,而且菜心都新鮮,冇乜根。叫埋山楂雪梨水($20)同蜂蜜檸檬薏米水($20)成件事就更加養生。兩樣都唔算好甜,有自家製嘅感覺! 總結:呢間餃子真係做到皮薄餡靚,而且餃子嘅種類都好多,一定會再有下次。,而且自己好鍾意佢喺枱上面任食嘅醃蘿蔔,好大粒而且真係好開胃唔會過酸。
