To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

盆菜水準平均，但食材比例嚴重失衡

點選了一個外賣盆菜，最後選擇了一個六人用，售價$980尚品盆菜 ，取貨順利流暢，員工服務也可以，但入到廚房準備將食物分批加熱嘅時候，發現食材比例嚴重失衡，例如，蓮藕及芋頭，佔去盆菜食菜份量，超過一半以上，而重點竟然要將燒鵝同雞油雪藏，呢間酒樓明明有燒味檔，天天出品，超唔明白點解會需要預先將燒味雪藏呢個處理，比較失望……其他整體，例如豬肉，冬菇鮑魚，段落的音食物烹調食材水平平均，味道尚可，沒有太大的，特別驚喜。
