今年新年團拜,在這裡book 了2圍,有間細房,但非常迫,明既,新年!題外話,當日我親戚派了些利是給相熟部長,怎知所有員工即刻放低碗筷衝入來討利是,連廚房都出來,尤如餓狼,非常可怕 (但之後想揾個人沖水都難,服務質素就不評了吧)講返當日菜色ok, 是standard 新年酒席,但居然忘記蒸魚,攪到等好耐。龍蝦面不錯,蟹拑好正。待應是不足的,每人大概500元,新年來說有龍蝦有鮑魚蟹拑,算不錯

今晚一家四口去藍田海港食飯,樣樣餸都係凍冰冰,招呼十分差,叫極都冇人應,食完啲碟又冇人收,舉手叫啲侍應,個個都當睇你唔到!上菜上得慢,個個好似唔願做,叫咗碟粉絲元貝,結果一個鐘頭先至嚟,上枱啲元貝係凍冰冰的,啲粉絲係乾爭爭的,應該係個廚房整好啲餸,冇人傳菜,擺咗好耐,先至送去我哋張枱,所以大部份餸都係凍冰冰嘅!一碟乳豬件,唔夠十件,仲要係好細件,投訴又無人理!只有條魚係正常啲,其他所有都認真差!差到極!

之前同朋友嚟到海港食飯。因為試過外賣佢嘅燒味,覺得唔錯。於是乎試下係度食晚餐。佢都係一般嘅屋邨茶樓裝修。枱同枱之間都未到好密。試咗佢鮑魚雞煲。啲雞真係有啲嚡,鮑魚又好似細咗少少🤏。仲叫咗個滷水拼盘,鵝腸都幾脆口,入味,但份量就少咗啲,令到人食得唔够過癮。個雞腎都係够入味嘅,但就靭咗少少。反而個菜有得驚喜,食落去好嫩冇渣又冇草青味。真係唔錯。試完之後覺得佢都係燒味出色啲。如果下次食都係食佢嘅燒味可能好啲😂

點選了一個外賣盆菜,最後選擇了一個六人用,售價$980尚品盆菜 ,取貨順利流暢,員工服務也可以,但入到廚房準備將食物分批加熱嘅時候,發現食材比例嚴重失衡,例如,蓮藕及芋頭,佔去盆菜食菜份量,超過一半以上,而重點竟然要將燒鵝同雞油雪藏,呢間酒樓明明有燒味檔,天天出品,超唔明白點解會需要預先將燒味雪藏呢個處理,比較失望……其他整體,例如豬肉,冬菇鮑魚,段落的音食物烹調食材水平平均,味道尚可,沒有太大的,特別驚喜。

平常落個單都沒人理今天一堆人湧來阻人聊天聚舊員工們有那麼窮嗎!?這讓單身但有些利是在身的在下一點都不想給他們😒店員還一直在推新年好意頭名字的食物可以保持安靜和跟我們桌有一定距離嗎新年流流不罵人卻讓在下突然更年期報到最後因為店員太煩我點求其點了份什麼發財好事卷雖然這樣的服務讓在下極度反感但食物還是要讚的黃金流沙包不只賣相美麗而且還很好吃流心量很適中不多不少襯著熱熱軟軟的包一流另外還點了在下喜歡的小龍包裡面粒粒爆湯在下也很久沒吃到皮薄有湯的小龍包了如果醋裡能有點薑絲更佳👍🏻最後當然要點樣澱粉質給黑洞胃朋友我們坐了接近一小時待場裡的客人變多後才能夠安安靜靜地跟朋友對話新年而已不是逃離荒島人們請自重點👎🏻

2023大年初一食咗個唔錯嘅盤菜。但要早三日前預訂。網購的話,現場最盤菜比較麻煩,又要左走右走。攞盤菜位置又唔清晰。問左幾個職員先問到邊個位置取走,又要走去收銀轉單。不過盤菜一定不是即日做,因為已經雪到有冰。兩包湯汁都係冰來,要返屋企溶冰先可以例落個煲,但個煲真係太細,連打邊爐都覺得佢細。係個煲太細,好多食材都要夾起,等食到咁上下再放反落個煲度。我買係六人煲。足夠之餘,材料質素不過不失啦,花膠、鮑魚等都份量十足。不過啲蝦就有點兒不能接受。
