To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飯餐之所以稱為半自助餐,原因是主菜限量供應,每人自選一款。龍蝦米多與龍蝦濃湯一樣以澳洲龍蝦作食材,原條龍蝦尾足有手掌般長,肉量豐富。每啖鮮味彈牙的龍蝦肉皆掛滿半溶芝士,實在誘人!

總結而言,海龍皇餐廳的水族館用餐環境的確夠特別。自助餐的食品款式雖然不算多,但絕對足夠享用。配合不俗的食材品質與富心思的甜品 DIY 安排,實屬物有所值。來開夏水禮不妨試試!
